Swedish Massage

Shiatsu

Trigger Point Massage

This technique uses slower strokes or friction movements across the grain of the muscle. It's ideal for recovery from injuries or deeply rooted tension, but can lead to soreness after the massage
Thai Massage
Thai massage blends gentle rocking, deep stretching movements, and rhythmic compression to create a singular healing experience. It's often described as both relaxing and energizing. This type of massage is done on a floor mat, allowing the therapist to use their body to manipulate yours into yoga-like stretches, enhancing flexibility and inner organ massage, leading to improved body energy. No oils are used, and clients remain fully clothed during the session
